   Client name and address
   Telephone number
   Arrival/departure date and time
   Hotel Accomodations/car rental arrangements
   Type of visit(interview/preview or house-hunting)
   
   I will contact the client, explain our services, arrange for a convenient time for the orientation, and send a newcomer's information package to the transferee.
