Upon determining that an applicant or transferee is in need of relocation assistance, the following steps should be taken as much in advance as possible prior to their arrival to insure that they receive the most comprehensive service available during their preview or house-hunting trip to the Las Vegas area.

2. Provide the following information
   Client name and address
   Telephone number
   Arrival/departure date and time
   Hotel Accomodations/car rental arrangements
   Type of visit(interview/preview or house-hunting)
   
   The Relocation Director will contact the client, explain our services, arrange for a convenient time for the orientation, and send a newcomer's information package to the transferee.
   
   
3. Re/Max Experience Relocation Department hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. The Relocation Director is available for orientations evenings and weekends by appointment.
   
   
4. Specific information regarding the results of the trip will be made available upon request.
